Refund Policy
EXCHANGE POLICY
We offer a 9-day exchange policy. This means you have 9 days after receiving your order to request an exchange.
1. The Exchange Process
To ensure a smooth process, we follow a strict approval system:
- Request: Email us at refunds@novahoodies.com with photographs of the product to start the request.
- Approval: Our team will review your request. If the product condition meets our standards, we will approve the return.
- Return: You will ship the product back to us at the address provided by our representative.
- Exchange: Once we receive and inspect the item, you may select a new product of equivalent value (e.g., if you returned a hoodie worth Rs. 1950, you must select another item worth Rs. 1950).
2. Shipping & Handling Costs
Since we offer Free Shipping on your initial order as a courtesy, the customer is responsible for all costs associated with an exchange. This includes:
- The cost of sending the original item back to us.
- The delivery charges for sending the NEW item to you.
Note: The store credit (e.g., Rs. 1950) covers the product price only. It cannot be used to pay for shipping charges.
3. Eligibility for Exchange
To be eligible, your item must be:
- In the same condition that you received it.
- Unworn, unused, and unwashed.
- With original tags and packaging intact.
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
Exchange Exclusions:
We cannot process exchanges in the following situations:
- Requests made outside the 9-day window.
- Products damaged due to use or tampering.
- Size-related issues, as the final size was explicitly re-confirmed with you after the order was placed.
Refund Policy:
Strictly No Cash Refunds.
We do not offer cash refunds. Refunds are only considered in rare specific cases where our team is unable to provide an exchange item. In such cases, shipping and handling charges remain non-refundable.
